تاثیر مدیریت صنعتی یک "زن باکویی" وبر ساخت وساز وطراحی اولین کارخانه جوراب بافی بازارچه عباس آباد تهران                                       از از دکتر محمد خالقی مقدم-فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه تهران وفرزند حاجیه خانم فروغ اعظم مهرگان وحاجی یحیی خالقی مقدم حافظ قران ونیز از:دکتر فاطمه محمدی (مهرگان زاده)– فارغ التحصیل رشته مدیریت دانشگاه تهران  (و نوه دختری مقبول خانم مهرگان ویا  دختر اصغرآقا محمدی ویا بنیانگذار  اولین کازخانه جوراب بافی ایران ) مادر بزرگ من "خانم مقبول مهرگان "یک زن مدیر وکاردان بود ونیز از یک خانواده اصیل تاجر باکویی بود که اغلب اسامی خانوادگی خود راو بنام "مهرگان "می نامیدند وبعلاوه از دوران ساسانی هم در یکی از 28 محله قدیم باکوی ترک نشین،ومنزل داشتندومثلا منزل حاج"عزت مهرگان" ویا "نعمت مهرگان "نیزو در جوار خانه مادر بزرگم  بود ویا خانه پسر خاله اشان "ابراهیم مهرگان "هم  ودر کوچه آنها بود که یکی از تاجران معتبرشهر  باکو بود واز قدیم الایام در کار واردات ویا صادرات ومدیریت تجاری باکو وخبره شده بودند ونیز ثروت خانوادگی اش هم واز طریق زنش مقبول خانم مهرگان وبه دستگاههای تراشکاری اولین کارخانه جوراب بافی تهران تبدیل گشت   ومادر بزرگ من مقبول مهرگان باکویی ودر ایام جوانی خودش وبه عقد ازدواج پسر خاله اش ابراهیم مهرگان در آمد وتا طبق سنت دیرینه خانواده های تجارت پیشه باکویی خود عمل کرده  وثروت خانوادگی خودشان را ودر درون اعضای خانواده خو
